Who is Everest Engineering?
Everest Engineering is a Software Engineering and Product Development organisation founded in late 2018. Our founding teams were based in Australia & India, and our goal was to create a great place to work and an equal experience for team members, no matter where they were based in the world.
Since our founding, we have stuck by our people-first values while navigating exciting challenges like the pandemic and the set of expected and unexpected challenges that come with scaling a business. We have stuck together and by these values through this time.
Today, we have over 300 team members across Australia, India and Malaysia. These teams include Software & Platform Engineers, Product and UX Designers, Business Analysts, and Delivery Managers, as well as the team responsible for managing the business and supporting the teams and customers for a successful experience.
Through our existing professional networks, built over our careers and through our involvement in community building, we have established an incredible base of marquee and named brands. We have long-standing relationships with our customers and are very grateful for the industry's welcome.
We are continuing to grow and are building practices of work and leadership throughout the organisation, we have aspirations of being a global brand that supports people through whatever stage they are in their career to go in the trajectory of their goals.
We are growing and looking for great, passionate designers who are bold enough to shape and build this vision with us.
