About Us:
We are a vibrant Accommodation provider with 3 sites in Busselton. We are currently looking for dedicated people to work on a casual basis to enhance the experience for our visitors. Flexibility is key with shifts offered across the week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests warmly and efficiently
- Manage in-person and online bookings
- Monitor/reply to guest email enquiries
- Process payments
- Maintain a neat, tidy and welcoming reception area
- Provide guests with information about local attractions and restaurants/shopping options
- Work with the other team members to provide thorough handovers for the next shift
Experience/Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, parks or accommodation desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Newbook experience is a positive
- Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to report to and be guided by Managers/Supervisors
- Proactive, fun and want to be a part of the team
- Flexibility to work when required (across 7 days)
