About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-motivated and organised administration professional to provide efficient and professional support to the Director Infrastructure Services and the broader Infrastructure Services Department.
As the Business Support Officer - Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing executive and administrative support to the Director and department.
- Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, correspondence, policies, procedures, templates and forms.
- Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertaking research and providing accurate and timely information.
- Assisting with departmental projects and events.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting consistent, effective business support across the organisation.

What you need to Succeed
- Relevant qualification and/or substantial experience in a similar role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, including working to deadlines and multi-tasking.
- High-level writing skills, including editing, proofreading, minute taking and action planning.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to work collaboratively, exercise initiative and support others.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence.
