We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Hospitality Leader who genuinely enjoys people, leads by example, and wants to be a part of creating the warm, fun and welcoming atmosphere that has made the Union Hotel a favourite destination for locals.
About the role
· Leading and developing our front-of-house bar team
· Running busy service periods with confidence
· Staff training and coaching
· Rostering and labour management
· Maintaining beverage quality and presentation
· Ensuring compliance with RSA, licensing and venue procedures
· Driving a positive workplace culture where staff enjoy coming to work
We're looking for someone who has:
· Previous experience managing a high-volume pub, bar or hospitality venue
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails
· A calm, organised approach under pressure
· A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
· Current Victorian RSA
· Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
