Fire & Flour is a busy waterfront Italian restaurant on the Central Coast, renowned for exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences.
We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of daily operations.
About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the service team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver exceptional service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate the Front of House team.
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Create and manage staff rosters.
- Maintain labour costs and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and food safety requirements.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness and venue standards.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Front of House management or senior hospitality leadership role.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Current NSW RSA.
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
