We're looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team, drive business performance, and help take our restaurant to the next level.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and an engaged, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Shift Supervisors and Crew Members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Manage labour, food costs and restaurant profitability.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance with all company standards.
- Recruit, train and develop team members.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour productivity.
- Control inventory, stock ordering and supplier management.
- Monitor sales, KPIs and business performance.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, café or quick service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs, labour costs, food costs and budgets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Desirable
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting.
- Current driver's licence.
