Reporting to the Culinary Director, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, beverage, and room service operations. The role is accountable for driving guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining exceptional service standards, and achieving or exceeding financial objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations, while developing and implementing strategic business plans to support the ongoing success and growth of the Food & Beverage division.
Candidate Profile Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 4 years' experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area

- Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food & Beverage departments.

Leading the Food & Beverage Team
- Manages all Food & Beverage departments
- Supervises and manages employees while overseeing day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions sufficiently to perform duties in their absence when required.
- Utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and motivate others. Demonstrates integrity, sound business judgement and leadership by example.
- Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
