The Role
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and configure Salesforce components (Flows, Apex, LWC, page layouts, etc.) in line with user and system requirements.
- Collaborate with the Platform Manager on roadmap items, sprint cycles, and change control.
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks including user setup, permission sets, profiles, and data management.
- Develop and support Experience Cloud site and Develop AgentForce configurations.
- Assist with system design and implementation of enhancements across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud modules.
- Support API integration across platforms including Pronto (ERP), MS365, SharePoint, Procore, MuleSoft, and 1Breadcrumb.
- Leverage tools such as PDF Butler and MuleSoft for automation and document generation.
- Adhere to security best practices, manage field-level and object-level security, and perform regular audits.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Implement Security Best Practices: Advise on and implement Salesforce Security best practices to maintain system integrity.
- Address Performance Issues: Collaborate with analysts to resolve application performance issues, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct UAT and deployment testing in collaboration with the platform team.
- Maintain technical documentation including configuration changes, process automations, and release notes.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their similar Salesforce administration experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst (ideally 4 + years)
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Clouds
- Demonstrated experience working with AgentForce, PDF Butler, and API integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce via MuleSoft or similar middleware into external systems (e.g. ERP, construction software, MS365)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, and custom metadata types
- Experience with other platforms or coding environments highly regarded
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred
