Job Summary
This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position following the successful implementation of Dayforce.
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll SME to join our team and play a key role in the successful implementation and optimisation of our Dayforce Payroll system.
This is a hands on role suited to an experienced Dayforce payroll professional who enjoys working across system testing, payroll processes, training and implementation readiness.
You will provide specialist knowledge and practical support across payroll testing, system validation, troubleshooting and user training.
You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Technology and project stakeholders to ensure the Dayforce platform is thoroughly tested, accurately configured and ready for a successful go live.

Your profile
You are an experienced payroll professional with strong hands on knowledge of the Dayforce Payroll platform and the confidence to act as a subject matter expert throughout a system implementation.
To be successful, you will have:
Extensive experience using the Dayforce Payroll system.

Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll processes.

Demonstrated experience testing and validating payroll systems.

Experience supporting system configuration validation and payroll calculations.

Experience with end-to-end payroll testing and/or data migration activities.

The ability to confidently train and support users on the Dayforce application.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on payroll accuracy.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of testing and implementation activities.
The ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including remote teams.
