The Opportunity
Veolia is looking for a Work Management Planner to manage the planning of maintenance across our Western Corridor Recycled Water Scheme.
You'll be the person who makes sure maintenance work gets done on time, safely, and to a high standard. You'll use CMMS programs, work with maintenance and operations teams, and have real say in how we keep this important water system operating smoothly.

What you'll be responsible for
Plan and schedule maintenance work across the Western Corridor using our maintenance management system, making sure we meet what we've promised to deliver
Run fortnightly planning meetings with the site teams to sort out what needs doing and when
Help the team work better by sharing what works well and improving how we plan maintenance
Manage big maintenance shutdowns, working out what needs to happen and when
Keep our systems up to date – making sure schedules make sense, spare parts are tracked properly, and records are accurate
Report on how we're doing each week so everyone knows what's on track
Check completed work to make sure it meets our standards and what we've promised customers
Work with the maintenance supervisors to sort out what jobs come first
Liaise with contractors when needed to support maintenance work
Attend meetings and toolbox talks to stay connected with the team
What you'll need to be successful
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification (Mech / Elec / Instro)
Experience in maintenance planning, reporting and management
Extensive experience with CMMS (ideally Infor EAM)
Demonstrated experience leading and working closely with small teams.
Water or wastewater experience in an industrial setting is desirable
