Coffee & Kitchen East – East Ballina
Are you an experienced barista with a fun, bubbly personality who genuinely enjoys looking after customers?
Coffee & Kitchen East is looking for a friendly, energetic and professional Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our team in a permanent full-time position.
The roster:
- Approximately 38 hours per week
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Early morning and daytime shifts
- Every Sunday and Monday off
The role includes:
- Making consistently great espresso coffee
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking orders and operating the POS
- Serving meals and clearing tables
- Preparing cold drinks and other beverages
- Basic food preparation and cabinet presentation
- Opening, closing, cleaning and general café duties
- Supporting the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy periods
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous café and barista experience
- Is confident working independently on a busy coffee machine
- Has a fun, bubbly and positive personality
- Is friendly and engaging while remaining professional
- Takes pride in providing great customer service
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
- Is available for early starts from Tuesday to Saturday
- Is looking for a stable, long-term position
We offer reliable full-time hours, a friendly team environment and pay based on experience.
