In this role you will lead the global technology organisation supporting Equity and Derivatives Trading, with accountability for strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery and production support. You will partner directly with senior business and technology leaders to shape investment priorities, accelerate product innovation and deliver technology that supports business growth, client activity and new market opportunities.
You will lead the modernisation of trading platforms, strengthen engineering and operational excellence, and ensure the resilience, performance and controls expected within a global front-office trading environment. You will also drive the practical adoption of AI, automation and data-driven capabilities to improve engineering productivity, trading outcomes and client experiences.
