Join our Dubbo Workshop Team and be part of a highly skilled team delivering industry-leading CAT machine rebuilds and maintenance services to world-class standards. You’ll take ownership of machine overhauls, diagnostics, repairs, and component rebuilds within our workshop, ensuring every machine leaves safe, reliable, and ready for peak performance.
- Strip, assess, rebuild and reassemble CAT machines and major components to OEM standards
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics and quality assurance checks throughout the rebuild process
- Complete workshop maintenance, repairs and rebuild activities in line with production schedules and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment while working collaboratively with Supervisors and peers
- Australian‑recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III HD Plant)
- Proven rebuilds/major component overhaul/assembly experience
- CAT or comparable surface mining gear; strong diagnostics/fault‑finding
- Proactive, safety‑first mindset; unrestricted driver’s licence
- Field Service Experience (Highly regarded)
- Hourly Rates FROM $49 P/HR
- Overtime FROM $73 P/HR
