What you’ll do:
As a retail and consumer-focused Manager in the Supply Chain and Procurement team, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across the end-to-end value chain (e.g., plan, source, make, deliver) to:

Support Merchandising teams to define and implement sourcing and category strategies, reduce COGS, or enhance buying operating models spanning people, process, systems and data.

Design, implement and optimise planning, forecasting and replenishment processes and technologies.

Improve manufacturing, warehousing, transport and logistics operations to boost efficiency and business impact.
-
Strengthen retail store operations to ensure customer needs are met and organisation strategy is fulfilled.

Collaborate closely with merchandising, category management, supply chain and store operations client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct analysis, develop insights, and produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., reports, models, roadmaps); contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
What we’re looking for:
-
A strong consulting background or a proven track record delivering projects and transformation in leading Retail and Consumer Products organisations.
-
Deep understanding of retail and consumer products market dynamics, including demand and inventory management, sourcing, category management, transport and logistics, and store operations.
-
Expertise in defining and executing strategy, operating model design and improvement, end-to-end technology transformation, and commercial and process excellence.
-
Advisory or hands-on experience with relevant forecasting, replenishment and merchandising technologies, and an interest or experience working with AI.

Strong curiosity, analytical and structured problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and translate insights into practical outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.

Ability to challenge, be adaptable and confident in navigating ambiguity.

Experience working in at least one of the following industries: FMCG & retail, energy, utilities & resources.

A degree and relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded
