As an
MSP Associate (NAM), youll support clients and suppliers during North American business hours, ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, invoicing, billing, reporting, and supplier management activities. - Payroll & Billing Operations: Manage payroll, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Invoice Management: Process and validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate billing information to clients, suppliers, and management teams.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc operational, financial, compliance, and management reports.
- Client & Supplier Support: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder queries, providing excellent service and timely issue resolution.
- Supplier Engagement: Lead supplier onboarding activities, facilitate supplier kick-off calls, and coordinate ongoing supplier engagement sessions.
- Reconciliation Activities: Support invoice processing, MI reconciliation, and financial validation activities to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with internal teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support MSP programme objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. MBA is advantageous.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years experience within MSP operations, staffing, payroll support, invoicing, billing, finance operations, or contingent workforce management.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and reconciliation capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Customer Focus: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working night shifts aligned to North American business hours.

- Experience with VMS/MSP platforms and invoicing systems.
- Knowledge of payroll, billing, supplier management, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working within contingent workforce programmes or staffing environments.
