We are looking to hire female support workers with:
- Experience supporting cerebral palsy / physical disability
- Experience with intellectual disability
- Confidence managing behaviours of concern
- Experience with personal care and morning routines
- Comfortable supporting complex needs in the participant’s home
- Reliable, consistent and person-centred
- Located in or able to travel to Ringwood
- Available around 7:00am–9:00am, with possible ongoing afternoon shifts
- Ideally suitable for joining a small, consistent support team
Participant: 19-year-old female.
Main priority: Experienced female workers who are confident with complex support needs and can commit consistently. Please drop enquiry if interested with care and manage happy to discuss as a quick hire.
Pay: $34.22 – $52.64 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week
