Bourke Street is preparing to reopen with Zara’s latest store concept, creating an opportunity to be part of the team shaping how product moves through the store from day one. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping the stockroom organised, efficient and connected to the sales floor. You’ll coordinate the daily operational rhythm behind deliveries, stock accuracy, replenishment and product flow, while supporting the team to work safely and effectively. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and wider store team to make sure product is available where it needs to be and operational priorities support the customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Coordinate daily stockroom operations and support the Operations team across key priorities • Manage product flow from deliveries and stock processing through to replenishment on the sales floor • Support stock accuracy, inventory processes, transfers, returns and back stock • Plan and organise deliveries, capacity and stockroom resources in line with store needs • Maintain strong stockroom organisation, space utilisation and operational standards • Monitor stock loss and support corrective actions with Store Management • Coach and support the team to improve productivity, capability and day-to-day performance • Work closely with Visual Commercial, Floor Operations and Customer Experience teams to support store priorities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Experience in stockroom, logistics, warehouse or retail operations • Confidence coordinating and supporting a team • Strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail • An understanding of inventory, stock movement and replenishment processes • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working with operational systems • A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work at pace • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset • Availability to work full time across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays • Full Australian working rights without restrictions OUR APPROACH We see fashion as a way to express identity and create change.
