We are seeking a highly proactive and resilient Analyst to support a critical pay data collection initiative on a 6‑month temporary contract.
The primary objective of this role is to collect compensation and pay-related data from external companies, requiring extensive outbound outreach. Success in this role depends on the ability to confidently pick up the phone, conduct cold calls, and proactively engage companies via multiple channels, including email and LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a high‑volume outreach environment, where daily activity targets and persistence are key to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively contact companies to collect pay and compensation-related data
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including: Cold calling / Email campaigns / LinkedIn outreach / Other appropriate contact methods
Build rapport quickly with company contacts to encourage participation
Clearly explain the purpose of data collection and address questions or objections
Track outreach activity, responses, and collected data accurately and consistently
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets (e.g., number of calls, emails sent, follow‑ups completed)
Ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission
Regularly update internal tracking systems and share progress with the project team
Follow defined scripts, processes, and data quality standards while adapting communication style as needed
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Strong willingness and confidence to perform cold calling on a daily basis
Comfortable working in a target-driven or KPI-based environment
Excellent verbal communication skills; able to engage and influence via phone
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and motivated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant practical experience is equally valued
