Morrison's Gardens is looking for a reliable Gardening Team Member to join our team and help maintain gardens and outdoor spaces across Sydney.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and taking pride in their work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Gardening - approximately 85%
- Mowing lawns and maintaining garden areas
- Trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance
- Operating gardening equipment and tools
- Maintaining lawns, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces
- Keeping gardens neat, safe and well presented
Cleaning - approximately 15%
- Clearing leaves, branches and other debris
- Cleaning pathways and outdoor areas
- Keeping common areas and garden spaces tidy
- Assisting with general site presentation
You'll travel between different client sites across Sydney, so you'll work in a variety of outdoor environments.
What We're Looking For:
- Gardening experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is welcome
- Valid driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on outdoor work
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable travelling between client sites

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
