What you’ll be doing

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll oversee a caseload of vacancies, ensuring seamless coordination of our recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with our WSS team, while you manage candidate care, coordinate activities, interviews and pre-employment requirements, and deliver exceptional service to applicants and host employers.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing the admin and coordination of recruitment activities for your vacancy caseload
- Writing and placing job advertisements
- Coordinating interviews. new employee inductions, and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining recruitment and selection records
- Managing candidates for pre-vocational courses
- Working closely with Workforce Solutions Specialists in apprentice and trainee recruitment
- Attending careers expos, school talks, community events to promote current & future opportunities

What you’ll bring to the table
You will be a real people person who doesn’t mind striking up a conversation. You are results-driven and can juggle priorities like a pro. You will also:
- Demonstrate proven experience in a recruitment role with proficient caseload management expertise.
- Have a proven track record of providing timely, accurate high-level administration support.
- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exhibit superior organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail, sound record-keeping practices, and an innate drive for continuous improvement.
- Show strong computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Applicants with a background in education or group training would be a great fit for this role, but it's not a must-have!
