Le Sansa is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our brand-new store in Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building.
We are an Australian women’s footwear brand known for combining comfort and style. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our stores, and we take pride in helping customers find shoes that fit properly and feel great.
About the Role
- Provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable customer service.
- Help customers find the right styles, sizes and fit for their individual needs.
- Learn the features, materials and fit of our footwear range.
- Build genuine relationships with new and returning customers.
- Process sales, exchanges and store transactions accurately.
- Maintain high presentation standards across the store.
- Assist with stock management, deliveries and daily store operations.
- Contribute to store sales targets and a positive team environment.
About You
- Previous retail experience is essential (footwear is a a bonus!)
- Confident providing personalised, one-on-one customer service.
- Friendly, patient and genuinely interested in helping customers.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable learning about footwear fitting and advising customers.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous footwear or fashion retail experience would be highly regarded.
