Sunland Support are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support Children in a Centre Based at Chatswood -
Weekly from 2:30pm to 6pm
&/or
Weekend 9-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Children with Centre Based Children Group Activities.
- Providing support to Children with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision.
- Assisting Children in accessing community resources and participating in social activities and transport.
- Monitoring and documenting Children progress and reporting any changes in their condition to the office.
Essentials - What do you need to apply?
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Disability (In Australia)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Children (In Australia)
- Certificate in Disability/Aged Care (Equivalent or Higher)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current)
- Manual Handling Competency (Completed within last 12 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
