Position Overview
The Swimming and Water Safety Teacher reports directly to the Franchise Owner or Swim School Manager and holds no direct reports. The primary objective is to deliver swimming lessons consistent with the JUMP! learn to swim programs, ensuring participant safety and enhancing water safety skills, while providing excellent customer service aligned with JUMP! Swim Schools' values.
Corporate Responsibilities
