Liebherr Australia is seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our Remanufacturing team based in Para Hills, South Australia. Reporting to the Team Leader – Production Planning, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, coordinating priorities, and providing effective production planning and administrative support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or administration who is looking to develop their career within a global manufacturing organisation. You do not need to be a senior scheduler to be successful in this role — we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and delivering relevant shop floor documentation, including Production Orders, technical drawings, and quality procedures.

Planning Production Orders, with a particular focus on managing Planned, Release and In-Process dates.

Entering and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.

Developing required reports and maintaining production records and documentation.

Developing and managing production schedules in line with available resources and capacity.

Creating and maintaining WIP production schedules for internal and external operations.

Re-prioritising production schedules in response to changes in demand, materials, and operational requirements.

Providing effective coordination and administrative support to the production environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will have strong attention to detail, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities and be keen to develop your skills in production planning and scheduling.

Desirable
The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential:

Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory control.

Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly planning or manufacturing modules.

Previous experience in production planning or scheduling.

Experience working in a job shop or similar manufacturing environment.
