Application Analyst
Joining CPG as an application analyst is joining one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies to lead and help drive technology improvements across our organisation.
This is NOT a Business Analyst Role
Campbell Property Group (CPG), the parent company of Clarendon Homes, Domaine Homes, CPG Estates and Loan Market Elevate, is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support, maintain and enhance our business-critical applications.
This is an exciting new opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering technology solutions that improve business performance.
About the Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will act as the key liaison ensuring our applications operate efficiently and continue to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
You will be responsible for supporting users, troubleshooting application issues, coordinating system enhancements, managing vendor relationships and contributing to projects that drive digital transformation across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for business applications across the organisation
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Work closely with software vendors and service providers to manage incidents, upgrades and enhancements
- Perform system configuration, testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures and training materials
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology
- Support application implementation and upgrade projects
- Ensure data integrity, system security and compliance with company standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar IT support role (This is NOT a Business Analyst role)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting business applications, ERP, CRM or enterprise systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to ERP, CRM or property/construction-related systems
- SQL querying and database knowledge
- Experience working with software vendors and third-party providers
- Knowledge of system integration and reporting tools
