About the Role
Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team making a real difference in the lives of people recovering from brain injury. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you’ll lead innovative, person-centred rehabilitation primarily in an inpatient setting.
Lead complex, goal-based speech pathology care plans
Guide, mentor and support junior clinicians and assistants
Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
Drive service improvement and patient-centred innovation
Strengthen statewide networks and models of care
About You
You’re a dedicated, adaptable and collaborative clinician who’s passionate about helping people rebuild communication and independence after brain injury. You bring advanced clinical skill, curiosity, and a drive to lead excellence in care and innovation.
Recognised degree and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia
Proven skill supporting adults with acquired brain injury
Confident communicator who leads, mentors and collaborates
Skilled in evidence-based, goal-driven rehabilitation practice
Committed to continuous learning and service improvement
