Azura Psychology is a growing private psychology practice located within Roselands Health Hub. We are looking for a warm, experienced and compassionate Registered Psychologist to join our team as a subcontractor.
This role would suit a psychologist looking to build or complement their existing private practice caseload while maintaining genuine flexibility over their working hours and client load.

Our referrals primarily consist of adolescents and adults, with presentations across a range of mental health concerns.
Referral pathways include private and Medicare clients, NDIS, WDO and Workers Compensation. You are not expected to work across every referral stream, and we are happy to consider your individual clinical interests and preferred client presentations when allocating referrals.
Availability
We are currently looking for someone interested in approximately 1–2 days per week.
Availability on Mondays, alternate Fridays and/or Saturdays would be particularly helpful; however, there is flexibility around days and hours for the right psychologist.
This role may suit someone wanting to add an additional private practice day to their week or a psychologist wanting to gradually establish a private caseload without having to manage their own marketing, referrals and administration.
Essential Requirements
- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to practise autonomously and manage your own clinical responsibilities
- Commitment to ethical, client-centred and evidence-based practice
Desirable, but not essential
- Experience providing couples counselling
- SIRA accreditation
- Particular areas of clinical interest or expertise that you would like to develop within private practice
Remuneration
70% of billings
Based on our standard clinic fee of $230 per 50-minute consultation, the psychologist receives $161 per standard session.
Other referral streams may attract different fees.
