Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (Full-Time) – NSW Residential Conveyancing
Sydney / Wollongong (Hybrid Role)
We are a small, family-run law firm based in Sydney and Wollongong who assist clients across NSW with their conveyancing and wills & estate needs.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our team on a full-time basis (5 days per week).
About the Role
You will manage residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, working both independently and as part of a supportive team in a flexible hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Draft and review Contracts for Sale
- Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, lenders, and other solicitors
- Use programs such as including Smokeball InfoTrack and PEXA
- Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents (desirable)
- Maintain up to date and accurate client files
- Assist with general firm tasks when required (including occasional phone and admin support)

About YouEssential Requirements
- 3+ years’ NSW residential conveyancing experience
- Must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a current Practicing Certificate or Conveyancing License
- Ability to manage files independently from start to finish
- Experience using PEXA and Smokeball
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in wills and estate planning

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
