Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.
- Assist in marketing properties to attract potential tenants through various channels.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations..
Qualifications:

Preferred but not essential - Experience in a leasing or property management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants and landlords.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Course Completed
