AJ Steel is seeking welders and fabricators of all skill levels – from those just starting out to highly experienced tradespeople. If you’re motivated, reliable, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
We have opportunities for:
- Entry-level welders – assisting with basic welding tasks such as posts, flat work, and simple assemblies. No plan-reading experience required – just a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work safely.
- Experienced structural welders – completing frames, beams, and brackets, reading and interpreting plans, and working independently to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Advanced technical fabricators – handling intricate custom projects such as stringers, handrails, and curved work. You’ll be capable of high-level plan interpretation, problem-solving, and leading complex jobs when needed.
