About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Agricultural Division in Innisfail.
In this role, you'll work with farmers, contractors and local businesses to help them find the right agricultural and construction equipment for their needs.
You will:
- Sell agricultural and construction machinery across the region
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage your own sales territory
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Represent leading machinery brands with professionalism and excellent customer service
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, being out on the road, and helping customers find the right solutions.
About You
- We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys sales and building relationships
- Is self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Holds a current driver's licence
Experience selling agricultural, construction, truck, earthmoving or other heavy machinery is highly regarded, although we also welcome applications from successful sales professionals with strong connections in the agricultural sector and a solid understanding of farmers' needs.
A strong customer service background will also be considered, particularly where candidates can demonstrate relationship-building skills, confidence working with customers, and a customer-focused approach.
Experience with brands such as New Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota is an advantage but not essential.
