Job Type: Casual (15-25 hours per week)
Salary: Paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (plus weekend penalties & tips).
About the Role:
We are a vibrant, high-end rooftop cocktail lounge looking for enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable Casual Bartenders/Bar backs to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Restocking bar supplies and assisting with stock control
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Following RSA and venue policies at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid NSW RSA Competency Card (Strictly mandatory).
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for great hospitality.
