Elevate Physiotherapy and Pilates is looking for an experienced, self-directed physiotherapist to establish a contractor-based physiotherapy service embedded inside large, well-established GP clinics in Box Hill and Keysborough.
This is a rare opportunity to build and run your own caseload with the credibility, referral pathway, and patient flow that comes from working directly alongside GPs — while enjoying the autonomy, flexibility, and earning potential of contracting.
The Opportunity
- Operate as an independent contractor, with an attractive remuneration package and high earning potential tied directly to your own clinical output
- Work embedded within large GP clinics in Box Hill and/or Keysborough, with a built-in referral pathway from GPs who need a trusted physio on-site
- 1–2 days per week available at each site — work one site, the other, or split your week across both, whatever suits you
- Flexible days and hours — structure your week around the caseload and your own lifestyle, rather than a fixed roster
- Backed by Elevate Physiotherapy and Pilates, giving you the support of an established multidisciplinary practice (physiotherapy, myotherapy, Pilates) without the constraints of working in-house
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality, independent physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients referred directly from the GP clinic
- Managing your own clinical caseload, scheduling, and patient relationships day-to-day
- Building strong working relationships with the GPs and clinic staff to grow a sustainable, referral-driven practice
- Working autonomously, with the option to draw on Elevate's broader team and clinical network when needed
About You
- Fully registered physiotherapist (AHPRA) with solid clinical experience — you know how to run a caseload, not just treat a patient list
- Comfortable working independently, without day-to-day supervision, in a GP-led clinical environment
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with GPs, patients, and clinic staff
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by the opportunity to grow your own contractor business within a supported structure
