We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage rental open homes, assisting prospective tenants
- Install and remove rental signboards as required
- Support clients in finding a home that suits their needs
- Collect and record attendee details to follow up with rental applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout the leasing process
- Follow up enquiries and assist with application support where needed
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage time effectively
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including installing signboards
