Landscapers, Landscape Labourers & Maintenance Workers – Sunshine Coast
We’re currently seeking Landscapers, Landscape Labourers, and Parks & Maintenance Workers for ongoing work across Sunshine Coast. These roles suit people who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and can jump into a variety of hands-on tasks.
Positions Available
Landscapers
- Softscape and hardscape installation (planting, turfing, mulching, garden beds)
- Basic construction elements: paving, edging, retaining walls, drainage support, and site preparation
- Assisting with or carrying out landscape construction tasks alongside experienced trades
Landscape Labourers
- Softscape: planting, mulching, turfing, garden beds
- Hardscape: basic paving, edging, site prep, assisting trades
Maintenance Workers
- Mowing, whipper‑snipping, brush‑cutting
- General park upkeep
- Litter collection, pruning, weed control
- Roadside/motorway vegetation maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- White Card (required)
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Good attitude and willingness to work in a team
