Reitsema Packaging is a long-established, family-owned packaging supplier servicing customers across food, meat, industrial, agricultural, logistics and wholesale markets. We supply a wide range of flexible packaging products, including bags, films, stretch wrap, shrink products, liners and related packaging solutions.
We are looking for a capable and reliable Sales Administration & Customer Service Coordinator to join our WA team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining sales administration and customer service.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, assisting with stock and delivery queries, and supporting our external sales team.
The role will also include reception and general office administration, so we are looking for someone who is happy to be hands-on and flexible in a small team environment.
Over time, there will also be opportunity to take on responsibility for house accounts and smaller customer accounts, helping support repeat business and customer growth.
This role would suit someone with experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales support or account coordination, ideally from packaging, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, industrial supplies or a similar B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Process customer orders, prepare quotes and follow up enquiries.
- Assist customers with stock availability, delivery updates and order status queries.
- Provide reception, general office support and administration as required.
- Support external sales representatives with pricing, quoting, samples and customer follow-up.
- Help maintain house accounts and smaller customer accounts, while keeping customer, pricing and sales information accurate in our ERP system.
About You
You will be practical, organised and confident dealing with customers. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, sales support, internal sales or account coordination.
- Packaging industry experience, or experience in a related B2B wholesale, distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Good administration skills, attention to detail and confidence using business systems, Outlook and Excel.
- The ability to prepare quotes, process orders and follow up customer enquiries.
- A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude, with a willingness to assist with reception and general office duties.
Packaging industry experience will be highly regarded, but we are also open to candidates from similar industries who understand repeat-order customer service, sales support and business-to-business supply.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
