You will be servicing residential customers across Sydney, particularly the North Shore, Northern Beaches and Inner City, with strong office, customer service and dispatch support behind you.

As a Residential Service Electrician, you will attend booked residential jobs and help homeowners with electrical faults, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and safety improvements.
You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, explaining your findings clearly, preparing on-site quotes, gaining customer approval and completing approved work to a high standard.
- Fault finding and diagnostics

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, customer-focused and confident dealing directly with homeowners.
You will suit this role if you:

Hold a current NSW Electrical Licence
- Have proven residential service, maintenance or upgrade experience
- Can confidently fault-find and diagnose electrical issues
- Have experience quoting residential electrical work on-site
- Are comfortable discussing price, options and recommendations with customers
- Can explain things clearly and professionally
- Present well and take pride in clean, high-quality workmanship
- Are reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Can manage a booked daily schedule independently
- Are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction and earning potential
- You only want construction or project-based work
- You do not enjoy dealing directly with customers
- You are uncomfortable quoting or discussing pricing
