We are seeking a highly organised and proactive RTO Manager to join our growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting quality education and training outcomes.As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly while supporting trainers, students, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training activities
- Support trainers and assessors with administrative requirements
- Maintain databases and reporting systems
- Liaise with students, employers, and external stakeholders
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general office administration
- Support senior management with operational and project-based tasks
- Leading day-to-day operations and delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs.
- Overseeing compliance with the 2025 ASQA RTO Standards and all relevant legislation and funding requirements.
- Leading quality assurance, continuous improvement, and organisational risk management, including audit preparation.
- Managing people and culture functions - recruitment, performance, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring budgets and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO and Board.
- Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for business development.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years' leadership experience within an RTO.
- Strong knowledge of the 2025 RTO Standards, ASQA requirements, and VET legislation.
- Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, and audit processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or education sector (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in an RTO Manager role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
