Redcape Hospitality is looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at Durack Tavern.
Offering approximately 20–30 hours per week with an immediate start, this role suits someone who can step confidently into bar and bistro service and enjoys looking after a busy local crowd.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver fast, friendly service across the bar and bistro
- Take orders and keep food and drink service moving during busy trade
- Welcome customers and create an easy, enjoyable pub experience
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and well presented
- Follow RSA, safety and venue procedures
What we’re looking for
- Recent food and beverage experience in a pub, bar, club or busy restaurant
- Confidence working across both bar and bistro service
- A current RSA certificate valid in Queensland
- An interest in building your skills across other areas of the venue
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
- A reliable, upbeat approach and willingness to support the wider team

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
