About the Role:
As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help lead and inspire a strong, customer-focused sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and training of staff
- Supporting staff to meet and exceed KPIs
- Assisting with staff rosters and shift coverage
- Completing daily banking and reporting
- Analysing sales and performance data to drive improvements
- Facilitating team meetings and staff training (including online modules)
- Helping manage store social media
- Supporting the planning and smooth execution of key seasonal periods (Easter & Christmas)
You’ll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, (Saturday availability is a must have requirement) with shifts ranging from early morning starts to evening finishes. Availability over Easter and Christmas is essential, as these are our busiest times of year.

- You have excellent communication and organisational skills
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and take pride in your work
- Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality management is highly regarded
