Responsibilities:

Client, workforce, service, and program information is accurate, current, and appropriately maintained, with outstanding documentation and administrative requirements actively followed up.

Accurate and efficient rostering of services, effective utilisation of workforce resources, with service gaps, changes and workforce constraints proactively addressed.

Ensuring client, workforce, service and program information is accurate, current and appropriately maintained, with outstanding documentation and administrative requirements actively followed up.

Program documentation, file reviews, quality activities and compliance requirements within the scope of the role to be completed and supported in accordance with DCA and applicable regulatory and program requirements.

Clients, employees and other stakeholders to receive timely, professional and responsive service, with enquiries and operational matters appropriately actioned, referred or escalated.

New service enquiries and business opportunities to be effectively supported and followed through, contributing to service commencement, client retention and sustainable service growth.

Operational issues and improvement opportunities to be identified and acted upon, and responsibilities assigned to the position are followed through to completion or appropriate escalation.
Job requirements:

All screening, suitability, and security clearances required for the position and the services supported, including NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, National Police Check, Blue Card (where applicable), and aged care worker screening requirements.

Relevant qualification in business administration, community services, disability, aged care or a related discipline and/or demonstrated relevant experience in program, operational or business support within a community services, health or related environment.
- Proficiency in using client management systems and rostering software.

- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, rostering, service coordination or a similar operational support role, preferably within the disability, aged care, community services or health sectors
