ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our high-performing team! This is your chance to step into a secure, casual role based in Belmore (2192), working across Monday–Friday with approximately 2-3 shifts per week (working around 6 to 12 hours per week). Availability across Tuesday-Thursday is highly regarded as these are the busier days of the department. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Data entry of auction bids into our Live Online Auctions system
- Relaying information to an auctioneer by phone in a timely manner during Auctions, clear confident speaking voice
- Auctions are held in real time so a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and quick thinking are a must
- General administrative duties associated with the auction process
- Liaising effectively with relevant employees at our branches regarding auction bidding
- Flexibility in a casual role, with view to be trained in other administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- A positive, professional and engaging phone manner
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Reasonably fast typing skills (70 - 80 words per minute)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal & client relationship skills
- Competent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines
