At ForHealth, we're committed to improving access to quality healthcare across Australia. We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Resource Manager to join our GP Talent & Experience team based in Leichhardt.
This is a critical role focused on building GP capacity across the ForHealth network by attracting, engaging and securing high-quality General Practitioners. Working closely with operational leadership and the national GP Talent & Experience team, you will develop recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, negotiate agreements, and drive successful recruitment outcomes across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling value propositions for GPs across the ForHealth network
- Build strong knowledge of local healthcare markets and competitor activity
- Create and execute sourcing strategies tailored to individual clinic needs
- Generate candidate leads through networking, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals and targeted outreach
- Manage recruitment opportunities through the full lifecycle, from sourcing through to commencement
- Negotiate contractual agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through Salesforce and other recruitment systems
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to support recruitment and business growth strategies
- Coach and support team members to drive performance and continuous improvement
About You
You are a proactive, outcomes-focused recruitment professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Several years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success achieving recruitment, sales or business development targets
- Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple business functions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience within healthcare recruitment or a strong understanding of the healthcare sector
- Degree in Business or a related discipline
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
