WesTrac is seeking a customer-focused and organised Parts Sales Coordinator to join our Dubbo Branch. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, this role is responsible for coordinating parts sales activities, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting customers with accurate and timely parts solutions. You will work closely with internal departments and external customers to ensure seamless parts ordering, sales, and supply processes while contributing to branch sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support for all parts sales enquiries, orders, and quotations.
Coordinate parts orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow parts sales.
Liaise with warehouse, service, and logistics teams to ensure efficient parts availability and delivery outcomes.
Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records within company systems.
Proactively identify and promote parts solutions, campaigns, and product offerings to support customer needs.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in parts sales, customer service, internal sales, or a similar coordinating role.
High Risk Forklift license (highly regarded)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Sound computer skills with experience using ERP, inventory management, or sales systems.
Knowledge of heavy equipment, mining, construction, agricultural, automotive, or industrial parts environments is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
