VetPartners Australia Pty Ltd is seeking to recruit several Veterinarians, Lead Veterinarians, Emergency Veterinarians, Veterinary Registrars, and Veterinary Specialists across Australia including locations in ACT with daily responsibilities including:

Deliver exceptional veterinary care, overseeing consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and patient outcomes.

Support the clinical team, promoting best practice standards, efficient workflows, and continuous professional development.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships through outstanding communication, education, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, medical record keeping, and regulatory requirements.

Drive preventative healthcare initiatives, including wellness, dental, and senior pet care programs.

Foster collaboration across veterinarians, nurses, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient and client experience.

Support the commercial success and growth of the clinic through service excellence, client retention, and referral management.

May specialise in the treatment of a particular animal group or in a particular speciality area such as cardiology, ophthalmology, surgery, oncology, radiology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, chiropractic, dermatology or critical care.

General Practice Veterinarians can expect to earn a salary from $80,000 upwards

Lead Veterinarians, Emergency Veterinarians, Veterinary Registrars, and Veterinary Specialists can expect a competitive remuneration package commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and level of expertise

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience in small animal practice veterinarian, 2 years for an ECC Veterinarian and 3 years for a specialist, with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine qualification accredited with the AVBC, and/or have completed a NAVLE, AVE examination and be eligible for registration as required to practice in the State.

International veterinarians with a minimum of 1 year full-time post-qualification experience may be eligible for sponsorship through VetPartners.
