The Student Pathways Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting students’ academic and career journeys. The position ensures compliance with ATAR/QCE eligibility requirements, manages the accurate tracking and uploading of academic data to QCAA, and facilitates effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
Working closes with the Senior Pathways and Careers Coordinator, this role provides essential administrative support for careers and pathways programs, aligning courses, programs, and Vocational Education and Training (VET) opportunities with individual student goals. With a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and student-centred processes, the Senior Pathways Administrator helps foster an environment where students are well-informed and supported in navigating their chosen pathways.
The position is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, working during school weeks only.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Cert III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in student pathways, career administration, or related school support services.
- Understanding of ATAR/QCE eligibility requirements and related processes.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret academic data to support effective decision-making.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with educational and career resources.
