Got your trade qualification under your belt and ready for a real career move? At Urban Landscape Projects (ULP), we build specialised outdoor spaces, timber play structures, and interactive parks for schools and daycare centers across NSW.
We’re after a qualified Carpenter or Landscape Tradesperson with 3+ years of experience who knows how to build, problem-solve on the fly, and take charge when needed. If you've got the trade skills and are ready to begin stepping into site leadership, we’ll give you the tools, support, and bonuses to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build Specialised Spaces: Work with heavy timber structures, decking, stone, concrete, paving, and softscapes.
- Assist the Foreman to Run the Site: Assist leading a crew to build projects defect-free, on time, and on budget.
- Solve Problems: Work directly off plans, adapt on site, and keep work moving efficiently.
- Set the Standard: Drive a clean, safe, and positive site environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Trade Qualified: Cert III in Landscape Construction, Carpentry, Joinery, or equivalent (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on trade experience in carpentry or landscape construction.
- Tickets: Valid Driver’s Licence, White Card, and Working with Children Check.
- Work Ethic: Strong plan-reading skills, eye for detail, and a proactive, lead-by-example attitude.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in playground construction or timber play features.
- Machine tickets (Excavator, Loader) or LR/MR Truck Licence—we will pay for your tickets if you don't have them!
