About the Opportunity
We are a Brisbane-based business providing specialised B2B logistics and delivery solutions to businesses across South East Queensland.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to become a key part of our long-term growth.
This is a genuine new business role.
You won’t inherit existing accounts.
You won’t spend your day waiting for inbound enquiries.
Your mission is simple:
Create opportunities that become long-term customers.
About the Role
Business development is about creating opportunities and building trust.
You’ll identify businesses that are a strong fit for our services, build relationships with decision makers, understand their current requirements and secure their commitment to move forward.
Once a customer has committed, our internal team takes over implementation, onboarding and ongoing operational delivery.
That allows you to stay focused on what you do best - creating opportunities and developing long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities every day.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision makers.
- Develop genuine commercial relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Secure customer commitments and coordinate smooth internal handovers.
- Build and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Follow up opportunities consistently and professionally.
- Represent the business to the highest professional standard.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or a similar client-facing role is highly regarded.
Experience within logistics is not essential.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
