About the Role
Cleaning Care Solutions is currently hiring Casual Domestic Cleaners / Support Workers to provide in-home cleaning and household support services to clients, including older people receiving Aged Care and Community Care services around Melbourne and Geelong.
This is a casual employee position with flexible daytime shifts, ideal for people looking for meaningful and flexible work while supporting clients to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface cleaning
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning and sanitisation
- Laundry, ironing and linen changes
- General household assistance and tidying
- Providing respectful, professional and client-focused support
- Following client service plans, safety requirements and company procedures
What We Offer
✔ Casual employment at AU$43.03 per hour + superannuation
✔ Flexible weekday shifts, generally between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm
✔ No regular night or weekend work required
✔ Employment conditions in accordance with the applicable SCHADS Award
✔ Paid travel time and applicable kilometre allowance between clients
✔ Opportunity to increase hours based on availability and service demand

✔ Training and ongoing support
About You
We are looking for reliable, caring and professional people who have:
- Experience in domestic cleaning, housekeeping or residential cleaning
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- A professional and respectful approach when working in clients' homes
- A genuine interest in supporting people in Aged Care and Community Services
- Ability to work independently and follow service instructions
- If you speak spanish is a bonus as some of our clients speak this language
Essential Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle that is registered and appropriately insured
- Current Driver’s Licence
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one if required
- Smartphone for rostering, time tracking and communication
- Full working rights in Australia
