You are an experienced and compassionate nurse who thrives in a highly specialised clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing complex Bone Marrow Transplant treatments. You combine advanced clinical knowledge with strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical expertise in providing complex care within a Bone Marrow Transplant or related haematology setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex patient needs while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise, coordinate care and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify, respond to and advocate for patient care needs.
- A proactive and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and compassionate care.
